1.12.250 Initiative provisions applied to referendum process.

All provisions applicable to the form of the petition and sufficiency of signatures required for an initiative petition as set forth in BCC 1.12.090, 1.12.100 and 1.12.110, and to the submission to the vote of the people as set forth in BCC 1.12.140, 1.12.150, 1.12.160 and 1.12.170, shall apply to a referendum petition and to the ordinance sought to be defeated thereby.
