In the event of a conflict between this chapter and any other provision of the Bellevue City Code or city ordinance providing for a civil penalty, this chapter shall control. Provisions of the Penal Code, BCC Title 10 and Title 10A¹, do not apply to this chapter. (Ord. 4212 § 2, 1991.)
