The applicant shall provide general liability insurance naming the city as an additional insured. Limits of coverage will be determined by the city’s risk manager at the time of application. Certificates of insurance are to be submitted to the city for approval 14 working days prior to the day of the event. Acceptability of insurance is subject to approval by the city’s risk manager.
