The provisions of the 2018 Uniform Plumbing Code shall apply to the installation, alteration, repair and replacement of plumbing systems, including equipment, appliances, fixtures, fittings and appurtenances, and where connected to a water or sewage system and all aspects of a medical gas system. Where there is a conflict between the Uniform Plumbing Code and Bellevue City Code Title 24 (Utilities Codes) or utilities engineering standards related to water, sewer or storm drain improvements located more than 24 inches outside a building, the city of Bellevue utilities codes and standards shall prevail.
