A. Staged construction is allowed only if each phase complies with the code, and if the director approves a phasing plan.

B. The permittee shall expeditiously proceed with permitted work until completion unless the director allows (or requires) delays due to bad weather or the need to coordinate other construction on the site. (Ord. 6318 § 29, 2016; Ord. 5452 § 15, 2003; Ord. 4754 § 2, 1995.)
