Section 3.3.35 of NFPA Standard 130 is hereby amended to read as follows:

3.3.35 Point of Safety. A point of safety is one of the following: (1) an enclosed fire rated exit as defined by the International Building Code that leads to a public way or safe location outside the station, trainway, or vehicle; (2) an at-grade point not less than 50’ beyond the vehicle, enclosing station, or trainway in accordance with International Building Code 1028.5; (3) any other approved location.
