The utility is responsible for providing sewer service to all customers within the utility service area, subject to the requirements of this code, other provisions of the Bellevue City Code and applicable state law. This responsibility is separate from contractual obligations to provide sewer service outside the utility service area. (Ord. 5964 § 1, 2010.)
