A. Public Drainage System Relocations. When relocations of the public drainage system are necessary to accommodate any improvement associated with new development or redevelopment, the property owner shall relocate the affected facilities in accordance with all city codes, standards and permit conditions, and shall be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred due to such relocation.

B. Nonmunicipal Utility Relocations. When relocations of nonmunicipal utility facilities located in the right-of-way, on city property, or in a city easement are necessary to accommodate any public drainage facility improvement associated with new development or redevelopment, the property owner shall arrange for the relocation of the impacted utility at no cost to the city; except as provided for in BCC 14.60.230.
