When activated, the emergency operations center (EOC) manager shall have the primary responsibility of the emergency operations center, including sufficient staffing and planning to respond effectively. The EOC manager may be the emergency manager, other office of emergency management staff, or any designated city staff. (Ord. 6255 § 3, 2015.)
