Title 11 of the King County Code, entitled “Animal Care and Control” is adopted by reference as if set forth in full herein, with the exception of the provisions of Section 11.04.232 of the King County Code, “Stock restricted area,” which is expressly not adopted. Except as provided in BCC 8.05.020 (License fees and penalties), future amendments to Title 11 of the King County Code shall not automatically be adopted, but shall require city council approval by way of an ordinance to become effective within the city.
