This chapter shall be enforced by the health officer in accordance with the compliance provisions of the 1962 Edition of the “United States Public Health Service Food-Service Sanitation Ordinance and Code,” three copies of which are on file in the office of the health officer and three copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk. The health officer is also authorized to make rules and regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter for the purpose of enforcing and carrying out its provisions.
