Anyone violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $250.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, and each day that anyone continues to so violate or fails to comply shall be considered a separate offense.
