The Evergreen Highlands Subarea Transportation Improvement Overlay District is established for the area delineated on the following map for the purpose of implementing phased transportation improvements to mitigate the adverse impacts of development on the pre-existing circulation system. Phased development with associated transportation improvements and limited access to NE 40th Street, Bellevue-Redmond Road and 156th Avenue NE will result in an efficient transportation system for the subarea and surrounding properties.
