A. Report to Hearing Examiner. The Director of the Development Services Department shall submit a written report to the Hearing Examiner evaluating compliance with the preliminary plat and with any conditions imposed on the preliminary plat.

B. Hearing Examiner Action. The Hearing Examiner shall consider the report and approve or deny the final plat.
