A. The director is charged with the enforcement of this chapter and whenever the director has reason to believe a violation has occurred, the director may initiate enforcement actions pursuant to Chapter 1.18 BCC, now or as hereafter amended.

B. The director shall have the authority to prepare and update, as needed, clearing and grading development standards to establish minimum requirements for the design and construction of erosion and sedimentation controls and other best management practices. The clearing and grading development standards shall be consistent with this chapter and adopted city policies. (Ord. 6318 § 2, 2016; Ord. 5906 § 5, 2009.)
