The procedures of BCC 20.35.100 et seq., BCC 20.35.200 et seq., or BCC 20.35.300 et seq., as applicable, will apply to the land use matters heard by the examiner. (Ord. 4978 § 23, 1997; Ord. 3728 § 5, 1986.)
