Any promoter aggrieved by the amount of the temporary special event license fee required pursuant to this chapter or by any penalty or interest imposed pursuant to this chapter may appeal such fee, penalty or interest to the city hearing examiner pursuant to the procedure set forth in the Process II appeal procedures (LUC 20.35.250).
