20.25G.020 Required improvements – General.

Each development within the Evergreen Highlands Subarea Transportation Improvement Overlay District shall either:
A. Provide for individual improvements as required by LUC 20.25G.030; or
B. Provide an irrevocable commitment from a sufficient number of property owners to insure a Local Improvement District can proceed for the design and construction of improvements 1 through 11 as defined in LUC 20.25G.030 prior to the issuance of any Clearing and Grading Permit, Building Permit or other permit authority construction or site modification of any kind.
